1. Subscriptions and Cancellations

ChessKinetics offers a subscription-based service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. If you cancel, you will retain access to the platform for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to the platform, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, your experience is important. If you encounter any issues or believe there has been a mistake, please reach out. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

3. Processing of Refunds

Payment processing is handled securely by the merchant of record, Paddle.com. Any approved refunds will be processed by Paddle directly back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
